Enable sounds

When this option is checked Network Assistant plays user-defined sounds for a number of specified sound events. Otherwise Network Assistant works in silent mode.

On the Sounds panel you can see the list of available sound events. Each sound event can be tested, configured and enabled/disabled.

Enabled sound events have a check mark icon on the left ().

To test/playback a sound event simply double click on it in the list.

To configure a sound event select it in the list and press the "Setup" button. Setup Sound Event dialog will open. You may configure many parameters of the sound event there (wave file name; PC speaker type, frequency and duration). Click here to read more about configuring sound events.

Note

You can disable all sounds for any particular state. For more information see Setup State dialog.
