Here you can setup Message Board.

 

 

Board mode

 

radio Distributed messages storage

In this mode the message board does not require dedicated server (and common shared network folder). This is the default setting.

 

radio / edit Centralized messages storage

In this mode all board messages are stored in centralized messages storage - in some common shared network folder of central network server. That is why this mode requires this folder to be properly set up.

Common shared network folder - a folder that is visible and accessible from all workstations that running Network Assistant. It should be specified in UNC (Universal Naming Convention) format. For example: "\\COMPUTERNAME\some_shared_folder\".

 

 

 

Options

 

checkbox /  updown   Delete messages older than (days)

When this option is set up Nassi will automatically delete all board messages that have been posted or updated more than specified number of days.
