Setup User Messages

Click this button to open the Setup Format dialog and setup the format of user messages in chat history window.

Setup System Messages

Click this button to open the Setup Format dialog and setup the format of Network Assistant system messages in chat history window.

Setup "/me" Phrase Format

Click this button to open the Setup Format dialog and setup the format of "/me" messages in chat history window.

Setup Appeals Format

Click this button to open the Setup Format dialog and setup the format of appeals. You can use the "Appeal In Chat" menu command from the user context menu in order to appeal to somebody in chat.

Hide all system messages

Check this box if you don't want to see any Network Assistant system message in chat history window.

Appearance

Background color

Click this button to select the desired background color of chat windows.

Note: this setting will affect the background color of instant message windows too.

Select Font

Click this button to specify the font (and its settings) for all chat messages. Note that the font of the messages you can also specify in the Fonts panel ("Chat" font element).

Disable emoticons

You can disable emoticons support if you want. Graphical emoticons are used in chat phrases and instant messages to show your feelings. If you don't want to see such graphics in chat history window and instant messages then check this box.

Disable pictures

You can disable pictures in chat channels if you want .
