These settings allow you to communicate with
CDDB server when you are behind a firewall/proxy:

Proxy Host:Port - name of your proxy server and port at which that proxy resides

User Name,
User Password - your name and password.
(This is required if your proxy server requires authentication)

Save password - check this option if you want CoolCD to save your password.
